Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Princeton, NJ. The NICU RN will provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns while collaborating with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams in a high-acuity neonatal setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Monitor vital signs, oxygenation, and overall neonatal stability
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Operate NICU equipment including ventilators, incubators, and IV pumps
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and nursing teams
• Educate and support families during the NICU stay
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Active RN License – New Jersey (or compact if applicable)
• 2+ years recent NICU experience preferred
• BLS (AHA)
• NRP certification required
• Previous travel experience preferred but not required
