• Shift: day
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours weekly (including weekend rotation every 3rd weekend)
• Weekend Hours: 8am – 2pm
• Call Requirements: would prefer willingness to be on-call
• Required Certifications: BLS

• Additional Notes: Pharmacy hours Monday thru Friday are 7a – 5p, weekend 8a – 2p; position requires candidate to staff at Fleming County Hospital 2 days per week (Meadowview and Fleming share a market);

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 100-bed facility
• Equipment: Omnicell
• EHR: Meditech Magic, Medhost Experience, Medhost EDIS

• Supervisor: Beth Sanders, Director of Pharmacy

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adult: Med Surg, OB, ICU, Intermediate Care, Cath Lab, Outpatient Oncology/Infusion Center, Surgery (general surgery, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Pain, cataracts, Endoscopy)

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Meditech Magic experience, IV compounding experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Medhost Experience and Medhost EDIS experience, Omnicell experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: n/a
• Personality Fit: must be able to multi-task and work independently with limited support staff

• Required Education: Doctor of Pharmacy
