• 13-week contract
• 40 hours
• 5 x 8 ’s
• Shift:
• Client is flexible but needs someone who is committed to them M-F
• Shift Times: 7:30am – 4pm
• Monday - Friday
• No weekends required
• Patient ratios (if known):
• 265 bed facility and 3 IPs (This person would be the 3rd IP) and census run about 180 (very well staffed)
• Within the Guidelines of CA law
• Float Requirements: None
• Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max:
• Up to 4 days max RTO approved
• Certs: BLS, LA County Fire Card, CIC
• License: Active CA RN License or Clinical Lab Specialist/Microbiologist
• If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed
• If applying for CA License, please call the Senators office to expediate the application.
• Experience:
• Required Work Experience: Must have at least 2 years of infection Prevention experience and on top of that to be a nurse (any specialty is fine) or a clinical lab specialist.
• Excellent and clear communication skillset required
• Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve their outcomes
• Must have inpatient experience
• Common Patient Type: Inpatient acute care
• Will accept local travelers

COVID Vaccine Requirement: All Kaiser locations require COVID vaccinations & boosters if eligible (eligible 6 months after 2nd)

Scrub Color Requirement: Royal Blue or Navy Blue
PPE: Fully Provided – fit test can be done on site
Parking: All facilities have parking on site
Pay Cycle: Sunday – Saturday
