We are seeking a Full-time Bilingual (English/Spanish) School Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant near Glen Ellyn, IL! Start ASAP! $45-$53 per hour 

* Full-time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for the remainder of the year, start ASAP through June 19, 2026
* PEL (Professional Educator's License) required  
* Bilingual requirement - fluent in English and Spanish
* This position is 4 days/week in one building and one day/week in another Elementary building
* Caseload/workload is manageable and Mentorship with Spanish Bilingual SLP working alongside! 
* Pay Rate: $45-$53 Per Hour 

Qualifications: Must hold an appropriate Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology

Active IL SLPA License

Role Overview:
As an SLPA, you will assist speech-language pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting.You will also implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by speech-language pathologists for students. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screening as directed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.
• Implement the treatment program or the individual education plan (IEP) as designed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.
• Work with classroom teachers to implement classroom activities to improve communication skills of students.
• Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for maturity level and interests of students.
