• Call Requirements: No

• Required Certifications: NJ PT State License

• Years of Experience: Will accept new grads or experienced. Prefer experience, not required.

• Float Requirements: No

• EHR: CERNER

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: All age groups, pediatrics only if competent with this age group (not required to have ped’s experience)

• Must Have Skills/Experience: will consider new grad

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Community based OP Practice – all diagnosis

• Personality Fit: Ability to establish relationships with colleagues, patients, family members and continue to foster these relationships.

• Required Education: NJ PT State License

• Scrub Color: Business casual or solid color scrubs, closed toe shoes
