Position: RN Home Health
Location: Largo, FL 33773
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Duration: 13 week

Weekly Gross : $2000 - $2276
Weekly hours - 40 hrs
Job Summary
We are looking for an empathetic and patient home health nurse to administer medication and create an ongoing report on the patient's progress. A home health nurse's responsibilities include working with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans, ensuring that patients stick to treatment plans, and monitoring patients' vital signs.

Responsibilities Duties:

Administering medication to patients.
Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.
Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
Measuring vital signs.
Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.

Experience

1+ years of recent Home health experience.
Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
IV skills and wound care
