2 years (no CFY), would highly prefer Home Health experience, but will also take SNF experience
State license, BLS, driver’s license, insurance, vehicle, CCCs (certification of clinical competency, received after CFY)
Dysphagia, aphasia, cognitive treatment
Will cover Gaston, Cleveland, and Rutherford Counties.

o Lincolnton Branch – if low volume for Cleveland, could float to assist with Lincolnton. About 25 minutes away
