Job Description: RNs need to have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs as this is a required skill for any RN at Unity. 

Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN Ratios: Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 stretch 6-7. Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in • We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs blood glucose checks EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living
