Endoscopy RN – Travel Contract Summary

First-time travelers accepted
Specialty: Endoscopy RN (advanced intra-procedural area; no pre-op or recovery)
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Cases: Advanced procedures (generally ASA 3+); no routine screening colonoscopies or EGDs
Floating: Yes, based on unit needs and traveler skill set
On-Call: Required – 1830 to 0600, 2 days per month
Weekends: Not required
48 Hours: Not approved
Vehicle: Required for the assignment

Floating Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent.

Floating to Seaside may include +$5/hr incentive and IRS mileage reimbursement.
If floating for consecutive shifts to Seaside, a hotel may be provided.
