Description

UNIT: ICU
**EKG test required for all RN's, to be completed during the compliance process.**
Minimum Experience: 2 year in specialty. MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience.
Required Certs: KY/Compact RN License. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIHSS required.
Charting Experience Required: Care View/EPIC (effective June 1) preferred, will train on-site
