Job Opportunity: LPN/LVN - Skilled Nursing (Travel)

Location: LaFollette, Tennessee

Shift

• Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
• No call, no 48-hour shifts
• Block scheduling possible (request with submission)
• Floating possible to Long Term Care

Patient Care Details

• Patient ratio: 1:17
• Number of beds: 17 skilled, 55 long term care
• Responsibilities include rounds, medication administration, supervising CNAs, and possible wound care

Requirements

• Tennessee LPN License
• At least 1 year of Long Term Care experience (highest required experience)
• BLS certification
• IV certification preferred
• Nursing home experience required
• Skills: medication pass and patient care
• EMR system: Point Click Care
• Scrubs color: Royal Blue

Additional Notes

• Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
