Position: Social Worker - Hospice

 

Required Experience

  • Hospice experience is required
  • HCHB experience required

Schedule

  • Days: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 8am-5pm MST
  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
  • On Call: NO

Location

Primary Location: Bozeman, MT

  • Visits to patients in their place of residence
  • Remote support to our Billings, Montana branch

Contract Length

12 weeks

 

Required Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work and Social Work License required
  • Will consider a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Social Work License
