Position Overview
Eligibility Requirements
- Perm candidates from any OTHER Providence facility (NON-SWEDISH) are eligible if separated for at least 3 months
- Prior hospital experience required - specifically Inpatient/Acute Care and Case Management
Required Certifications
- BLS
- LSWAICMSW or LCSW
Technical Requirements
- Epic Experience: Required
- Patient Ratio Experience: 20:1
Scheduling Details
Weekend Coverage
- Required: Minimum 2 weekend days per month
- Typically scheduled separately (1 Saturday per month + 1 Sunday per month, not in the same weekend)
- Patient Ratio Weekends: 50:1
Floating Requirements
Travelers may be floated to other Swedish campuses if census is low:
