Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) / Physician Assistant – NICU
Location: Portland, OR

Job Summary:
Providence Women’s and Children’s Services is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative Level III NICU team in Portland, OR. The provider will manage high-risk neonates, attend deliveries, perform neonatal procedures, and work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.
Schedule:
• 12 or 24-hour in-hospital shifts (7am–7pm / 7am–7am)
Patient Volume:
• PPMC: ~10 patients/day
• PSVMC: ~22 patients/day
Requirements:
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• PA must complete a 12-month Neonatal fellowship/residency
• Oregon license or willingness to obtain
• NICU & delivery room experience preferred
