Units: Surgical Services - OR Main
Active MT/Compact license. 
Certs required:  BLS, ACLS. Preferred: CNOR, PALS
Experience required:   2 Years. Must Be Proficient In:  Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Robotics.  patient types, circulate that can scrub, IV starts (preferred)

Patient Types:
Peds to adults (peds experience preferred): Peds Neuro, Traumas, Heart and Vascular, Surgical Oncology, General, Urology, GYN, Neuro, Craniotomies, Thoracic, Robotics (ex. Drape the robot, exchange instrument in arms), (hearts/thoracic, surgical oncology), ENT, Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Podiatry, Dental, Plastics, Breasts.

Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: call only – see schedule below
Call? If so, what is that schedule? Both RNs and CSTs: 1 weekend/month, Saturday and Sunday – 0700-1900 or 1900-0700.  2-3 overnights/month – EOS-0700
30-minute response time – no sleep rooms
Holiday Expectations: no holidays
Approval of time off: Can we approve time off on your behalf, or would you like all requests sent to you? Up to 7 days – if the candidate is requesting 7 days, please ask if they’re willing to make that up at the end of the contract.  Also, if requesting W-F off, they must work 12 hour shifts that Monday and Tuesday
Schedule cycle: every month; call schedule will be given out 2 months in advance
