Description

Geriatric home health setting, full time 30 visits per week - this will vary is there are SOCs because we know the documentation takes longer, schedule will be finalized by 5pm the day prior. We will divide the country areas by days (ex Mon and Wed north territory, Tue Thurs south) would like coverage on Saturdays as well. 6 month of Home health exp needed. will wait for fl license asap start
