Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment
• Provide patient and family education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Schedule & Requirements

• Shift: Days – 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years RN acute inpatient experience
• Active IN RN License (required at submission)
• Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Experience with Epic EMR required
