Description

Position: Scrub Tech (Operating Room) – Travel
Location: San Diego
Facility: Sharp HealthCare
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift
Schedule: 3 shifts per week
Weekend: Every other weekend
On-Call:
- 12 hrs weekend call in addition to scheduled shifts
- 20 hrs weekday call within a 4-week period
- 30-minute response time required
Note: 1 shift per pay period may be cancelled without pay

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of scrub experience in a hospital OR
Strong experience in:
- Orthopedic surgery
- Neuro surgery
- Robotic-assisted surgery

Certifications & Licensure

BLS required
Scrub Tech Certification preferred
Preferred completion of an approved Operating Room Technician program or equivalent on-the-job training
