Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Lead Ultrasound Tech that would be interested in an internal position at a Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Lead Ultrasound tech
Location: Chicago, IL
Pay Range (Depends on experience): $40.00/hr. - $53.00/hr. (estimated salary range: $83k/yr - $110k/yr)
Bonus: $7,500 over 18 months
Schedule:
· Onsite: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm (40 hr/wk)
· On-Call: Every 5th or 6th weekend
· Holiday On-Call: 1 holiday per year
Highlights:
- You would serve as a mentor and resource to the team
- There is a current team of 8 full-time Ultrasound Techs
- Looking to grow service line by partnering with a nearby clinic
Duties:
· Floor support
· Creating staff schedules
· Routing image critique
· New hire training
· Tech mentoring
Salary is dependent on years of experience and credentials:
· 5+ years of dedicated Ultrasound experience required
· Leadership experience
· A stable work history
· Hospital based preferred
· ARDMS – Required
· Certifications in OB, Vascular, and Abdomen preferred
