Description

🔹 Job Summary – L&D / Postpartum RN (Travel)

📍 Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)
Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Rotating weekends & holidays
Orientation: Biweekly

🏥 Unit Overview

12-bed private LDRP unit (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
Includes:
- 2-bed triage
- 6-bed postpartum area
- Nursery support
Staff includes OBs, midwives, pediatricians, neonatologists, and RNs

✅ Required Experience

Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Postpartum (PP) / Mother-Baby
Newborn care

📜 Required Certifications

BLS & ACLS (AHA)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced)
Evidence of recent EFM education

📄 Submission Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License
BILH coversheet
Interview availability required at submission
All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be disclosed upfront

⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)

OR Circulating & Scrub experience
NICU / Special Care Nursery experience

Advanced fetal monitoring
Breastfeeding education

Assist in OR (scrub & circulating roles)
