🔹 Job Summary – L&D / Postpartum RN (Travel)
📍 Assignment Details
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Schedule: Rotating weekends & holidays
- Orientation: Biweekly
🏥 Unit Overview
- 12-bed private LDRP unit (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
- Includes:
- 2-bed triage
- 6-bed postpartum area
- Nursery support
- Staff includes OBs, midwives, pediatricians, neonatologists, and RNs
✅ Required Experience
- Labor & Delivery (L&D)
- Postpartum (PP) / Mother-Baby
- Newborn care
📜 Required Certifications
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced)
- Evidence of recent EFM education
📄 Submission Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- BILH coversheet
- Interview availability required at submission
- All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be disclosed upfront
⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- OR Circulating & Scrub experience
- NICU / Special Care Nursery experience

- Full LDRP patient care (Labor → Delivery → Postpartum → Newborn)
- Advanced fetal monitoring
- Breastfeeding education
- Neonatal resuscitation
- Assist in OR (scrub & circulating roles)
