Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Location: West Bloomfield, Michigan
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care in Labor & Delivery. Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in identifying and resolving variances from patient goals to ensure quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS certification
ACLS certification
NRP certification
