Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in Michigan.
• This role focuses primarily on inpatient care, with opportunities to work across outpatient and long-term care settings.
• The therapist will provide one-on-one patient care, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from surgery, injury, illness, or chronic conditions.
• Treatment approaches include therapeutic exercise, strength training, manual therapy, and other modalities.
   

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on, one-on-one therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Assist patients in safely returning to daily activities
• Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience (Required)
• Experience in inpatient setting strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable working with inpatient, outpatient, and LTC populations

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – from American Heart Association (AHA)
• Licensure
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist License (Required at time of submission)
