Join a dedicated community-based team providing comprehensive, whole-person mental health care primarily to children and adolescents through the Kid Team Fidelity program. This role delivers services in homes, schools, and various community settings to ensure accessible and effective support for youth and families.

QMHP - Child and Adolescent Therapist
Start Date: ASAP
End Date / Duration: 1-year from start date
Pay:

• Travel: $1,746/Week
• Local: $40.30/Hr
• Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)

Housing: Provided housing for travelers + work‑related transportation

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Certified Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or willingness to obtain QMHP certification in Oregon.
• Experience working within an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Knowledge of de-escalation methods or ability to be trained; experience conducting crisis debriefs.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check prior to starting onsite.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable DMV record, and ability to meet Fleet Safety Policy requirements.
• Willingness to provide services and leadership within the community.
