Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a high-performing surgical team. This role involves assisting in a wide range of procedures, including elective and critical surgeries, while ensuring a sterile and efficient operating room environment.

Attendance Policy

Strict 3-strike rule: Any absence or being >20 minutes late (3 occurrences) may result in immediate termination. Exceptions reviewed with proper documentation.

Requirements

2+ years CST experience (Required)

Strong experience in:

Ortho, Neuro, General Surgery
Robot Xi
Urology, GYN
Endovascular/Vascular
ENT experience – Preferred
BLS (AHA) – Required
