Description

If you're looking for a PART TIME Occupational Therapist position that provides great work-life balance (planning your own schedule) and you are a positive team player, that has a compassionate attitude and truly wants to help the older adult population. We've got a perfect position for you!

This position would work part-time and travel throughout Appleton, Oshkosh, and the surrounding areas. The Occupational therapist in this position would work primarily work in a home health setting, but occasionally skilled nursing facilities. This would be a great position for new grads to dive into this specialty!

A few of the responsibilities:

Have self-directing abilities and be able to work with little direct supervision.
Review and respond to patient referrals.
Collaborate with clinical team to develop and educate patients and/or caregivers.
Develop and implement an individualized treatment plan that contains achievable functional goals that are based on the patient's needs.
Instruct COTAs in treatments and procedures to be utilized and provide supervision.
Work with interdisciplinary team to identify and assist with patient specific DMEs including wheelchairs, adaptive equipment, etc.
Other duties as assigned – this is not an all encompassing list of responsibilities.
