Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Unit (CCU)

Location: Somerset, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Number of Openings: 1
Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius
Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in acute care facility

Required Certifications

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered Nurse (RN) License for Kentucky

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), with ICU experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in an acute care setting, with at least 1 year of acute care facility experience
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

Must have experience working in a critical care unit or similar acute care setting
Ability to work night shifts and potentially float to nearby facilities within 25 miles
