Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to support nuclear stress testing in a fast-paced clinical environment. The technologist will perform high-volume diagnostic procedures while ensuring patient safety, accurate imaging, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform nuclear stress tests (approx. 12 patients per day).
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately.
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety and comfort.
Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records.
Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care.

Schedule & Work Details

Shift: 5x8 Days
Start Time: Between 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM
Floating: Required to Stockton location as needed
Weekend Requirement: As per unit needs

Required Experience

Experience performing nuclear stress testing preferred
Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently

Required Certifications & Licensure

ARRT (N)
CNMT
RHN
BLS Certification
Active California License

Additional Information

Must be flexible to float between locations
Strong attention to detail and patient care required in a high-volume setting
