Unit OR Tech SAH # Suites 17 Average # of cases per day 37 Required Certifications CST, BLS, CO DORA Common Cases Ortho Trauma/ Joints, Robotics, Neuro/Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, LV1 Trauma Experience or 'Must have' skills Robotics, Trauma Charge Nurse/House Supervisor 24/7 Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 12s 7a-7p; 9a-9p; 10s 7a-5p. Mostly Self Schedule, generally no block scheduling Weeknight/Call Requirements yes- 3-4 shift/6w Weekend/Call Requirements No- unless need help Holiday/Call Requirements yes What is call response time? 2h Floating Requirements no floating within facility; If an extreme need would have to float within Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN Scrub Color/Dress Code Blue surgical scrubs- provided Unit/Department specific orientation 2 days
