Shift - Days, 7AM - 3:30PM Monday-Friday
🏥 Position Overview

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab
Location: Alexandria, Louisiana
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Type: Full-time

📋 Required Licenses & Certifications

You must have:

BLS Certification from American Heart Association
ACLS Certification from American Heart Association
RN License in the state of employment (Louisiana) or a compact RN license

💼 Experience

Preferred: 1 year experience in Critical Care / Cath Lab / ICU
New graduates may be accepted depending on the facility.

👩‍⚕️ Nurse-to-Patient Ratio

1 patient : 4 staff
- 2 Nurses
- 2 Techs

This is considered a very safe staffing ratio.

⏰ Schedule Requirements

Weekend: Every 3rd or 4th weekend
On-call: Yes, as selected in collaboration with other staff
Floating: None

🏥 Orientation & Training

New hires must:

Attend New Nurses Orientation within 30 days
Work with a preceptor
Complete critical care competency validation
Complete annual competency requirements
