HI Sleep Technologist – Night Shifts, Travel Assignment

Job Description

Join a dynamic sleep lab team as a Certified or Licensed Sleep Technologist in a travel assignment. This role involves working night shifts, performing sleep studies, and assisting patients with monitoring and testing while following established protocols and safety standards. You will collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care in a variety of cardiopulmonary and sleep settings.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and monitor sleep studies using standard sleep lab equipment
Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment
Assist patients with testing procedures and ensure comfort and safety
Record, analyze, and document study data accurately
Collaborate with staff to maintain patient care standards and workflow efficiency
Adhere to professional and regulatory standards for sleep lab operations

Requirements

Certified or Licensed Sleep Technologist (active license required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sleep technology or related cardiopulmonary field
Certifications: BLS (as applicable)
Ability to work 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week, including consecutive Saturdays if needed
Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Cerner) preferred
