Description

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Neptune, NJ (Travel Between 2 Locations)

 

Start Date: 04/13/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8)
Hours: 40 hrs/week

Location: Neptune & Brick, NJ (travel between 2 sites)

 

Role Overview:
Certified Medical Assistant supporting Oncology unit (AHOA Oncology). Mix of clinical and administrative duties.

 

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Phlebotomy experience required
• AHA BLS certification
• One of the following certifications: CMA (AAMA/NHA/NCCT), RMA (AMT/NAHP), NCMA, AMCA

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Patient intake, vitals, and medical history
• Assist physicians during exams/procedures
• Perform EKG, phlebotomy, lab testing
• Maintain records and documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care

 

Highlights:
• No weekends, no holidays, no on-call
• Oncology setting experience preferred
• Work across two nearby clinic locations
• Burgundy scrubs required
