Emergency Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Lewiston, Maine
Facility: St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: April 6, 2026
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Job Type: Contract

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree in nursing (minimum)
Active Maine RN License
Minimum 1 year of mental health nursing experience
Current certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) – must be current prior to start
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
