Job Title: Physical Therapist (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Locations: Bethesda, MD & East Brunswick, NJ

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving optimal mobility and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule (Monday–Friday)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No on-call or weekend requirements

Productivity Expectations:

Full-Time: 40 visits per week (approx. 53 minutes per session)
Part-Time: 16–20 visits per week

Compensation:

Option 1 – 1099:

$55–$60 per visit (negotiable)

Option 2 – W2:

$48–$52 per visit (negotiable)
OR Salary: $70,000 – $87,000 annually
