Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state
• Experience with dialysis procedures and patient care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in a hospital or LTAC setting
• Bilingual abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of recent dialysis nursing experience
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-changing healthcare environments

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 3-12 hour shifts, including two Saturdays per month
• Rotational stand-by hours from 7p-7a, once weekly, and additional Sunday stand-by shifts
• Willingness to work in multiple hospital campuses: Denville, Dover, Passaic, and Newark, as well as LTAC units in Dover and Passaic
• Commitment to completing dialysis shifts and standby duties as required
