Travel LPN – LTC | Rochester, MN

$2132 - $2368 / Week | 13 Weeks | Nights

Specialty: LVN/LPN – Hospital Setting

Job Description

Provide direct care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
Perform lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice.
Document the care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
Serve as a resource to help deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications and Job Info

One year of work experience in Long Term Care or Home Health or two years of acute care nursing is preferred.
BLS certification
ACLS - preferred
Active state license in the state of MN
