Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Day Shift, Travel Assignment

Job Description

Join a diagnostic imaging team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a travel assignment. This role involves performing nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures, working across multiple imaging locations, and ensuring accurate diagnostic results while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required
Operate imaging equipment and ensure quality control of scans
Document procedures and patient data using EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support diagnostic accuracy
Participate in on-call rotation including weekends and weekday coverage

Requirements

Active Ohio Nuclear Medicine Technologist license
ARRT or CNMT certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine/PET experience
Experience with imaging systems (e.g., Siemens) and EMR (Epic preferred)
Ability to work 5x8 day shifts with variable start times and on-call rotation
