Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a busy clinic setting for a 13-week assignment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a patient-focused environment and values teamwork and quality care.

Clinic Services

Clinic services include, but are not limited to:

• Allergy, flu, and pneumonia vaccinations
• Blood pressure checks
• Chronic disease management
• Mole, wart, and skin lesion removal
• Physicals (annual, DOT, sports, and insurance)
• Sports medicine
• Surgical services, including biopsies
• Well-baby exams
• Joint injections

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient information, including vital signs
• Record accurate medical histories and current medications
• Assist providers with clinical procedures
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in Epic EMR
• Support compliance initiatives and quality improvement efforts
• Provide excellent patient care with a strong focus on communication and compassion

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
