- Department: Behavioral Health
- Number of Beds: 72
- Patient Ratios: 1:24
- Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatrics (ages 11+)
- Common Diagnoses/Treatment:
- Voluntary & involuntary admissions
- Detox and Behavioral Health Unit
- Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Schizophrenia
- EHR Systems: OnBase, Fluency Flex
Required Qualifications
- Valid Recreation/Recreational Therapist license in Texas
- Recreation/Recreational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- CPI or HWC certification
