Description

Key Responsibilities

Procedural Support: Rotate between scrubbing and circulating for a full range of cardiac and peripheral procedures.
Imaging & Technology: Operate two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and perform imaging utilizing IVUS, OCT, and the Philips Laser System.
Clinical Procedures: Assist with Left/Right Heart Catheterizations, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, Carotid stenting, Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Tests, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft interventions.
Patient Care & Support: Provide pre- and post-procedure care, transport patients, and assist with inventory management and billing.
Documentation: Utilize McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic Systems.

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of Cath Lab experience is required.
Certification: ARRT (R) or RCIS certification.
Skills: Proficiency in interventional devices and cardiac monitoring.
Call Rotation: Must be available for rotating call (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).

Procedures Performed

Cardiac: Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test.
Peripheral/Vascular: Carotid diagnostic and stenting, Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy.
