Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Location: San Angelo, TX 76903
Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: 40 hours/week (4 days/week)
Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 annually
Experience: New Graduates Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures
• Operate radiologic equipment and adjust settings to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Follow physician instructions and imaging protocols accurately
• Maintain proper radiation safety standards for patients, self, and staff
• Review and evaluate images for clarity and quality before submission to radiologists
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in radiologic technology or related field
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification preferred or required (depending on facility)
• Texas state licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
