Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: San Angelo, TX 76903
Schedule: 40 hours/week (5 days/week)
Salary Range: $71,000 – $90,000 annually
Experience: New Graduates Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
