Candidate Profile

Required Skills (Must‑Have)

Candidates must demonstrate competency in:

Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Titration of critical drips
Hemodynamic assessment and management
Active RN License
Care of respiratory‑compromised patients, including:
- Ventilators
- BiPAP
- Tracheostomies
- Airvo

Preferred Skills (Nice‑to‑Have)

Candidates with the following experience will be prioritized:

CRRT
SLED

Common Procedures Performed

Central line insertion
Chest tube insertion
Bronchoscopies
Tracheostomies
Lumbar punctures
Intubation
