Immediate Need for LPN/LVN

WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
Up-to-date resume that includes 1+ years of experience in a LTC facility and documents travel experience.

LTC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2 recent Charge/Manager References
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current BLS
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE LPN NY License & all active licenses.
RTO MUST be included at time of submission

Job Description:
Unit: LTC
Shift: 10:30p-6:30a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
37.5 guaranteed hours
EOW required
Floating Required: Yes within the same building
Scrub Color: NAVY BLUE
Unit Specifics:
Beds: 40
Common patient diagnosis: MS, Ortho, Dementia, Memory care

Candidates will need to provide: Valid Drivers Liscence Licenses/Certifications, where applicable MMR Varicella HEP B Vaccination Record Blood Titers
