Traveler Feedback:
**she is the MS Float at Baptist South and said it is the best facility she has ever worked in. She said they have a great support staff from CNA’s on up and the teamwork is wonderful. Leadership is caring and supportive. She is only in week 2 and just extended ! She said ratios are good and she is incredibly happy!

**when I spoke to Misty last week she let me know that she had a tough shift with one of the most unfavorable assignments, and the management noticed and connected with her right away to listen to her concerns and to make sure she was able to complete the assignment comfortably. She told me how she was so impressed how management handled the situation and did not just sweep it under the rug and ignore it! She wanted me  to share with everyone how she is loving it at Baptist!

Baptist South, their orientation is right, they have someone who follows up to see if you need any additional help, they are friendly and accommodating. Their CNAs /nursing Techs know their work and are very helpful. Their unit layouts are easy to navigate and their supply rooms are adequately stocked. The managers are easy to work with and flexible even with scheduling......

Baptist South Montgomery, AL has been a great experience. 5N is Med Surg/ONC but only related to oncology due to most patients being cancer patients. The floor does not deliver IV chemotherapy. The unit is very well staffed and the entire hospital has a family feel unlike others I’ve been to.. I want to continue seeing new places but I may return here someday down the road.

Everything is going well. I love my unit and the units I float to. I also love the people I work with. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to work this location.

Traveler Feedback: Baptist Medical Center South-everyone has been helpful and supportive. Facility is clean, equipment is all in good condition.

Traveler Feedback: I love going to work every day and truly enjoy the people I work with. I’ve been traveling for several years, and this has been my favorite assignment so far.

Pros

I have worked with this company for 3, along with a few others, and they have been great! They seem to be very appreciative of their staff and always sending appreciative gifts to you. I can’t say much now that they have joined TotalMed, but am looking forward to see what develops.

Cons

Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
