LP Canyon Vista Medical Center – Inpatient Rehab

Role Type

Positions Available: 1 OT, 1 COTA
Department: 485 J Inpatient
Shift: Days (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Weekly Hours: 32 guaranteed
Weekends: Rotating coverage
Call: None
Float: ARU as needed

Trauma Level: Level III
Unit Size: 100 beds
EHR: Cerner
Supervisor: Jessica Darnell, PD — 520‑590‑0356
Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide high‑quality inpatient occupational therapy services across a wide range of diagnoses. This role requires strong time‑management skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

Active OT or COTA licensure
Required certifications per licensure
Open to all experience levels

Preferred Qualifications

Strong flexibility and teamwork orientation
Comfort working with a wide variety of diagnoses
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Dress Code

Approved: Any‑color scrubs or business casual (slacks + polo)
Not Allowed: T‑shirts, sweatshirts
