Description

Required:
Note: **Must have infusion center experience. Screen Home Health Infusion or Inpatient Oncology experience

Requirements:
VA state license
Chemo and RPh required
Infusion center experience required. They would consider someone with inpatient experience if they had Oncology experience, but it is not required.

Shift: Rotating shift: 8am to 4:30pm, Mon - Fri. Time could fluctuate a bit with some start times at 7am.
