Home Health RN – NYC (Hybrid) $56/hr | 3 Days Remote / 2 Days In-Field
Prime Staffing is hiring experienced Home Health RNs in New York City for a hybrid assessment-based role with one of our top clients. If you're a home health nurse looking for a flexible schedule, strong pay, and no patient caseload — this is worth a look.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be conducting in-home assessments for NY Medicaid patients to evaluate their health status, care needs, and eligibility for long-term home care services. This is assessment and documentation work — you're not managing an ongoing patient caseload. Three days a week you're working remotely, two days you're out in the field.

What You Need
- Active NY RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience within the last 10 years
