The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for the implementation of speech/language pathology services.

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience (REQUIRED)
License/Certification Requirements:
- Must hold an active Oregon (OR) SLP license
- Active BLS
