Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist with strong clinical experience to perform high-quality MRI scans and ensure patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MRI procedures, patient positioning, and imaging protocols while adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocols
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging
Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards
Administer contrast media when required (IV/venipuncture)
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
Follow all safety and compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
Certificate/Diploma from an accredited MRI program or Associate’s Degree in Radiology
Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and imaging protocols

Required Licenses & Certifications:

ARRT-R or ARRT-MR or ARMRIT Certification
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Venipuncture (IV) Certification – Required in California

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
California Radiologic Technologist (RT) License
Fluoroscopy License – California (Preferred)
