Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist License – State of Practice (California)
Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads
Strong communication and clinical skills

Required Education:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree – Required (for candidates licensed on or after January 2016)

Required Certifications & Requirements:

BLS (Basic Life Support / CPR Certification)
Valid Driver’s License (DL)
Must be at least 21 years of age
